The parent company comprises six Enterprise Units: Schweizer Fernsehen (SF), Schweizer Radio DRS (SR DRS), Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS), Radiotelevisione svizzera di lingua italiana (RSI), Radio e Televisiun Rumantscha (RTR) and Swissinfo. Under the terms of the SRG SSR charter and a service agreement with the Swiss Confederation, Swissinfo operates a multilingual website offering an international news and information service about Switzerland.

With the Director General, the Deputy Director General and the Chief Financial Officer, the Directors of the Enterprise Units form the Executive Board of SRG SSR.
