The SRG SSR Association has five subsidiaries: tv productioncenter Zürich ag (TPC), Schweizerische Teletext AG / Swiss TXT, publisuisse SA, Telvetia SA and Mxlab AG. They are responsible for activities that are not directly related to radio and television programmes on air and the related internet offering online, but that support these productions. Subsidiaries are run by their own boards of directors, on which SRG SSR is represented.
